Liz Dankers is a Senior Attorney in the South Central Regional Office of Lambda Legal, the oldest and largest national legal organization committed to achieving full recognition of the civil rights of LGBTQ+ people and those living with HIV/AIDS.

Prior to joining Lambda, Liz practiced litigation at multiple top law firms, where they worked on all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through appeal. Liz advised clients on complex commercial litigation and regulatory compliance matters, drawing on extensive experience in contract, employment, and trade secret disputes. Liz was part of a task force of attorneys who secured the release from custody of multiple asylum-seeking clients. Liz also facilitates graduate level coursework on international anti-corruption law, reflecting their commitment to ethics and global accountability.

Liz received their J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Liz is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
