Kennedy v. Braidwood is a challenge to the Affordable Care Act’s coverage mandate. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued its ruling on Friday, June 21, ruling that most of the nation’s insurance providers must continue to cover PrEP medication and other HIV preventative services.
