Once again, extremists are playing politics with the courts, this time trying to divide the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. The Senate Judiciary Committee conducted a hearing last week to discuss the split which some have predicted would create the most conservative circuit in the country. The Committee ultimately concluded that there needed to be a more thorough investigation before any further movement on this proposed legislation.
